Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-01. First 100 Transactions is operated by Active Life Hub LLC.

What the service is

First 100 Transactions is a coordinated procurement service. For each campaign we coordinate exactly 100 purchases of your digital product or service by participating businesses. Participating businesses are independent businesses operated within the same group as the operator (the “Factory”); they may act as buyers and resellers, purchasing from you and reselling or delivering the result to us, and retaining a reseller margin.

What the service is not

Your obligations

You must have the right to sell what you describe, give accurate purchase instructions and prices, and deliver the purchased digital result as you would to any buyer. You must not use a campaign to deceive third parties, for example by presenting these purchases as independent consumer demand, or to manipulate rankings, ratings, credit or anti-fraud systems.

Price and payment

The campaign price is shown before you pay and is fixed once paid. Payment is in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol (card checkout only where offered). A campaign is funded only after the payment settles; a payment that does not settle is not charged.

Campaign completion and refunds

Participating businesses purchase according to the schedule you choose. Individual purchases can fail; we may reassign a purchase to another participating business only when no payment was made for it. If fewer than 100 purchases complete, the campaign ends as partially completed and we refund the unspent part of your Target Spend pro rata (campaign price × unspent Target Spend ÷ Target Spend). Cancelling a funded campaign stops future purchases and the same refund rule applies. Refunds are sent in USDC to the paying address.

Records and retention

We keep transaction metadata, receipts and the purchased digital results as operational business records and internal experience data, under the retention policy described in the Privacy notice. Financial records are kept even if you delete campaigns or your account.

Taxes and legal treatment

We keep accounting records for every payment, purchase, reseller margin and refund. We do not give tax or legal advice; you are responsible for the tax and legal treatment of the revenue you receive.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a campaign is limited to the campaign price you paid for it.

Changes

We may change these terms and prices for future campaigns. Funded campaigns keep the price and terms in effect when they were paid.
