Privacy and data retention

What we collect
- Account data: an account ID, an optional email and a hash of your API key (we never store the key itself).
- Campaign data: the business and product details, instructions, prices and schedule you provide, and your contact email.
- Payment data: amounts, payer wallet address and settlement references. Card details, if card checkout is offered, are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Transaction records: each purchase, its timing, amount, seller transaction reference, receipt and seller response metadata.
- Digital deliverables: the purchased results, their content hash, size and format, and objective delivery checks.
Why results are kept
Purchased results and transaction metadata are retained as operational business records and as a proprietary operational experience dataset (a Factory knowledge base) about supplier performance, pricing, delivery speed, reliability and output formats. They may be used for internal analysis, supplier comparison and future Factory services. No AI model is trained on them today; if that changes, this notice will say so before it happens.
Retention
| Financial records (payments, ledger, refunds) | Kept for accounting and legal review; never deleted because a related screen or account is deleted. |

| Digital deliverables | Kept as business records under the purposes above; sandbox results are marked and kept separately. |
| Customer account data | Kept while the account exists; on request we remove contact data that is not needed for the records above. |
Sharing
Campaign details needed to purchase are shared with participating Factory buyers. Buyer identities are internal by default. We share payment data with the payment facilitator (Coinbase CDP) and, where offered, Stripe. We do not sell personal data.
